Though he is currently a real estate broker with Kingsway Real Estate Brokerage, Minto Jain is a trained physician as well. Minto Jain holds several advanced medical degrees, including a Master of Health Professions Education from the University of Chicago.
At the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago, students who possess at least a bachelor's degree in a health professions discipline may qualify to participate in the Master of Health Professions Education program. This degree is designed to provide managerial and educational training to health professionals in order to prepare them for a role in healthcare leadership.
The program takes a broad and multifaceted approach to healthcare education. When participants attain their MHPE, they possess strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. They are accomplished in both small and large group teaching, as well as curriculum development and program evaluation. Graduates are expected to evaluate information critically, and successfully communicate through both oral and written channels.
